New V/H/S Trailer set to go VIRAL

Not too long ago we announced that Bloody Disgusting and The Collective were taking the third installment of their found-footage anthology franchise to the Cannes Film Festival thanks to Epic Pictures Group. Since this announcement we have been tracking further developments and we have something exciting for you to see.

The V/H/S franchise has gained its cult status after being shown on the festival circuit worldwide proving that there is no pause on its success, having featured the work from some of today’s most popular horror directors which have included Adam Wingard (You’re Next), Glenn McQuaid (I Sell The Dead), Gareth Evans (The Raid) and the grandfathers of found-footage themselves Eduardo Sánchez and Gregg Hale (The Blair Witch Project).

V/H/S Viral promises to be the ‘most intense instalment in the groundbreaking horror franchise’ and features segments directed by Todd Lincoln (The Apparition), Nacho Vigalondo (The ABC’s of Death), Marcel Sarmiento (Deadgirl), Gregg Bishop (Dance of the Dead), and Justin Benson and Aaron Moorhead (Resolution and Spring).

So as we edge closer to its debut at Cannes we’re delighted that the trailer for V/H/S Viral has finally been released and strongly urge you to check it out below. From the looks of things it seems that the third installment really ups the ferocity of the previous installments and we can’t wait to see it.
