Prime Video Debuts Trailer for Twisted, Comedic-Thriller “The Consultant” Starring Christoph Waltz

Prime Video has debuted the official trailer and key art for its impending eight-episode chilling and suspenseful new series “The Consultant”, based on Bentley Little’s eponymous 2015 novel of the same name and starring Christoph Waltz (Inglorious Basterds, No Time to Die) in the titular role.

Described as a twisted, comedic-thriller series that explores the sinister relationship between boss and employee, “The Consultant” chronicles how, when a new consultant, Regus Patoff (Waltz), is hired to improve the business at the app-based gaming company CompWare, employees experience new demands and challenges that put everything into question … including their lives.

The series also stars Nat Wolff (Mortal, Body Cam),  Brittany O’Grady (“The White Lotus”, Black Christmas (2019)), and Aimee Carrero (The Menu, Wander Darkly). Creator, showrunner, and executive producer Tony Basgallop is joined by executive producer and pilot director Matt Shakman, and exec. producers Christoph Waltz, Steve Stark, and Andrew Mittman, alongside producer Kai Dolbashian.

“The Consultant” will be available exclusively on Prime Video on February 24 in more than 240 countries and territories worldwide.
