UNCHARTED Final Trailer Flies In

Now all of 14 years since film producer Avi Arad first announced plans to develop a film adaptation of Naughty Dog’s hugely-successful video game franchise, Uncharted with Sony Pictures, it’s hard to believe that we can finally say we’re just days away from getting to see it on the big screen.

With Nathan Drake all set to make his big-screen debut exclusively in cinemas this coming February 11, Sony Pictures UK has today revealed that final trailer which you can enjoy below.

Directed by Ruben Fleischer (Venom, Zombieland: Double Tap) from a screenplay by Rafe Judkins (“The Wheels of Time,” “Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. “), Art Marcum (Iron Man, Punisher: Warzone), and Matt Holloway (Iron Man, Punisher: Warzone), and starring Tom HollandMark WahlbergSophia AliTati Gabrielle, and Antonio Banderas, this first adaptation of the franchise shadows the street-smart thief Nathan Drake (Holland) who finds himself recruited by seasoned treasure hunter Victor “Sully” Sullivan (Wahlberg) to recover a fortune lost by Ferdinand Magellan 500 years ago. What starts as a heist job for the duo becomes a globe-trotting, white-knuckle race to reach the prize before the ruthless Moncada (Banderas), who believes he and his family are the rightful heirs. If Nate and Sully can decipher the clues and solve one of the world’s oldest mysteries, they stand to find $5 billion in treasure and perhaps even Nate’s long-lost brother…but only if they can learn to work together.

Sony’s Uncharted will be storming into UK cinemas this February 11 so, to keep your impatient anticipation in check until then, we’ll leave you with the aforementioned very last trailer before we can all finally sit down and enjoy Nathan Drake’s escapades with a soft drink and a bucket of popcorn in our hands rather than a Dualshock 4 Wireless…
