Warner Bros. Drops ‘The End Of Oak Street’ Trailer: Anne Hathaway & Ewan McGregor Star In David Robert Mitchell Sci-Fi Pic

Anne Hathaway and Ewan McGregor in The End of Oak Street

Warner Bros. has released the first full trailer for The End of Oak Street, the upcoming sci-fi feature from It Follows director David Robert Mitchell. The project was previously developed under the title Flowervale Street.

The film stars Anne Hathaway, Ewan McGregor, Christian Convery, and Maisy Stella.

Produced by J.J. Abrams’ Bad Robot and Jackson Pictures, the film is directed by Mitchell from his own original script. Mitchell also serves as a producer alongside Abrams and Hannah Minghella for Bad Robot, as well as Matt Jackson for Jackson Pictures, and Tommy Harper. Jake Weiner and Chris Bender serve as executive producers.

According to the official synopsis, the film follows a family after a mysterious cosmic event uproots Oak Street from suburbia and transports their neighborhood to someplace unknown. They soon discover that their survival depends on sticking together as they navigate their now unrecognizable surroundings.

The supporting cast includes Jordan Alexa Davis, P. J. Byrne, and Chris Coy, with an original score by Oscar winner Michael Giacchino.

Warner Bros. has slated the film for a theatrical release. Watch the trailer below.
