No Pain All Gain! ‘NOVOCAINE’ Featurette Reveals Jack Quaid as a Painless Hero in New Action-Comedy

Paramount Pictures has just released a brand-new “No Pain All Gain” featurette for Novocaine, the action-comedy that promises to leave audiences “numb”—but in the most entertaining way possible. Directed by Dan Berk and Robert Olsen (known for Significant Other and Villains), the film boasts a stellar cast led by Jack Quaid (The Boys, Scream) and Amber Midthunder (Prey, The Ice Road).

In Novocaine, Quaid plays Nate, a seemingly ordinary bank executive with an extraordinary gift: he doesn’t feel pain. This unique trait transforms him into an unlikely hero when he embarks on a high-stakes rescue mission to save his dream girl (played by Midthunder) from a group of kidnappers. As bullets whiz by and car chases explode into action, Nate remains unscathed, proving that being impervious to pain might just be the ultimate superpower when the stakes are this high.

The film also features a dynamic ensemble cast, including Ray Nicholson, Betty Gabriel, Matt Walsh, Lou Beatty Jr., Van Hengst, Conrad Kemp, and Jacob Batalon, each bringing their own brand of energy to this adrenaline-pumping adventure.

Behind the scenes, Novocaine is produced by Drew Simon, Tory Tunnell, Joby Harold, Sam Speiser, Matt Schwartz, and Julian Rosenberg, with Paul Barbeau, Glen Basner, Josh Adler, and Alison Cohen serving as Executive Producers.

Mark your calendars—Novocaine hits theaters on March 14, 2025. Get ready for a film that will leave you in stitches, with a hero who’s tough enough to take on anything, including the very concept of pain itself.
