Brand-New Bangers: Noteworthy Nods 2023 – Batch 24

After a brief hiatus for the Summer break, we’re back for a mighty extensive playlist we’ve been compiling over the past few weeks for round 24 of Noteworthy Nods.

Highlights from last week included tracks from the likes of of StornowayNeon WaltzBalancing ActVistasHeadshrinkersThe Lilacs, and Pioneers, (which you can still check out over here) and today’s playlist boasts brand-new belters from Spearside, The Slates, Jet City Sports Club, Red Rum Club, The Pleasure Dome, Voodos and 86TVs.

And like we always like to remind you, our main aim is to give that always appreciated extra bit of visibility to emerging artists, so we encourage you to support the music you love. It takes no more than a matter of seconds to spread the word on social media, and doesn’t cost a penny, but is more than worth its weight in gold to all the musicians out there. And please don’t stop those recommendations coming via  InstagramFacebook, or Twitter. You can also contact Howard Gorman, who curates CinemaChords’ Nods, directly on Twitter &/or Instagram.

Anyways, no more beating aroung the bush, and we´ll leave you to enjoy what you’ve all come here for: Batch 24 of this year’s Noteworthy Nods:

Aside from the aforementioned track recommendations, our Noteworthy section includes weekly videocast interviews featuring musical talent we hope are either already or, about to become your new favorite artists. You can watch/rewatch all previous episodes via the video playlist below featuring the likes of Michael GallagherTurin BrakesEmbraceThe SherlocksStanleysThe K’sThe NativeThe Clause, and many more.
