Get ready for a shot of adrenaline! A new medical drama, “Pulse,” arrives on Netflix this April 3rd. This isn’t your typical hospital drama; it promises a compelling look at the lives of doctors in a high-pressure environment.
Set in Miami’s busy Level 1 Trauma Center, the series follows the staff as a hurricane approaches. As the hospital prepares for lockdown and an influx of patients, Danny and Phillips must work together, despite their complicated past – and a simmering, forbidden romance.
While the doctors face life-and-death decisions, their personal lives add to the pressure. Relationships are tested, secrets emerge, and survival isn’t just about medicine – it’s about navigating the challenges of intertwined professional and personal lives. “As Pulse” creator and executive producer Zoe Robyn says: “We wanted these characters to be relatable people dealing with the pressures of their jobs. Relationships develop and change in this intense setting.”
