I’m Dreaming of a Dark Christmas

Lethal Weapon

lethal-weaponI’ve not seen a buddy cop film as good as Lethal Weapon. Mel Gibson and Danny Glover have chemistry unparalleled by other duos. Eddie Murphy and Nick Nolte? Don’t make me laugh. Martin Lawrence and Will Smith? Sit down.

Again, much like Die Hard, Lethal Weapon isn’t exactly about Christmas, but it takes place during the season and Gary Busey’s crazy performance as one of the villains is a Christmas gift all on its own. Add on top of these things a snazzy, jazzy soundtrack, and you’ve got a movie that puts a jingle in your movie jangle, but, like, in a good way.
