Jerome Sable’s Scream/Glee concoction, Stage Fright, which is now available in the US on iTunes and On Demand gets a teaser clip of what’s in store for the snobby campers.
The clip finds a victim meet a snippy end at the hands of the bukakke/kabuki killer. Whilst not a particularly gruesome clip, rest assured that the film promises to have some of the cast meet their maker in particualrly brutal ways amidst the musical numbers.
Stage Fright is writer-director Jerome Sable’s first full length feature but he has been known to mix kids and terror before and you can check out his previous short film “The Legend of Beaver Dam” below which won Best Short at SITGES, Fantastic Fest, and Screamfest LA.
Stage Fright stars Allie MacDonald, Minnie Driver and Meat Loaf and will also get a US theatrical release this May 9th. No UK release date has been confirmed yet but we’ll be sure to let you know as soon as it is. In the meantime we’ll leave you with the aforementioned clip and an official featurette for the film.
