South Korean Action-Horror Extravaganza ‘PROJECT WOLF HUNTING’ to Premiere on Icon Film Channel

Following its world debut at TIFF Midnight Madness, Kim Hong Sun‘s (The Chase) South Korean action-horror crossover Project Wolf Hunting (Neugdaesanyang) went on to amass major buzz on the international festival circuit, screening at landmark festivals such as Sitges International Film Festival, Leeds International Film Festival and San Sebastian Horror & Fantasy Film Festival. And this brutal, bloody and no-holds-barred extravaganza is all set to premiere on the Icon Film Channel, and then in select UK cinemas shortly after.

Written and directed by Kim Hong Sun, the film chronicles how, during an extradition from the Philippines to South Korea, a crew of vicious criminals form an alliance to engineer an escape from their floating prison. When the escape escalates into a full-blown riot, the fugitives and their connections on the outside launch a brutal campaign reining terror down on the special agents who are stationed on board the 58,000-ton freighter. But the prisoners aren’t the only ones fighting their way out of the darkness – the freighter may be harbouring an even more sinister adversary…

Project Wolf Hunting premieres on the Icon Film Channel from 30th January before releasing in select UK cinemas from 10th March. Subsequently the film can be yours to own when it drops on Blu-ray, DVD & Digital on 10th April.

You can sign up for a 7-day free trial at Iconfilmchannel.uk or via the Icon Film Amazon Prime Video Channel to enjoy this and countless other compulsory viewing content.
