In brief: One of the comedy revelations of 2013 was, without a doubt, Rawson Marshall Thurber‘s sleeper hit, We’re The Millers.
Given the fact that film, produced on a $40 million budget, went on to rake in a staggering $270 million worldwide it comes as no real surprise that a sequel has now been confirmed. All four Millers – Jason Sudeikis, Jennifer Aniston, Will Poulter and Emma Roberts – are expected to return as the makeshift family, along with original helmer, Marshall Thurber, although no pens have been put to paper just yet.
What is certain though is that New Line has opted for a new writer this time round with scribe, Adam Sztykiel (Due Date, Maid of Honor) tapped to write the sequel.
Are we all excited for a bit more pole dancing? Of course we all are, right?
