Crawlers Red Band Trailer Unleashes a Deadly Spider Infestation

Roadside Attractions and Saban Films have released the official red band trailer for Crawlers, the new horror thriller directed by Ángel Gómez Hernández (Don’t Listen) and starring Matilda Lutz (Revenge, Magpie, Rings).

In Crawlers, a catastrophic infestation of venomous spiders sends an apartment building into lockdown. After police impose a quarantine, building manager Serena (Lutz) and the residents trapped inside are forced to fight for survival as the deadly creatures continue to multiply.

With the building sealed off and the spider population growing by the second, Serena must rely on her intimate knowledge of the complex to help keep the residents alive. To do so, however, she will have to confront her deepest fear.

The film is directed by Hernández from a screenplay by Jayson Rothwell (Polar, Silent Night).

Scott Strauss, Peter Welter, Rothwell, Basil Iwanyk, Erica Lee, Josh Weinstock and Alexandra Milchan produced, with Andrew Schwartzberg, Jon Shiffman and Diarmaid McGrath serving as executive producers.

“We knew we wanted Crawlers the moment we saw it — it’s a viciously entertaining thrill ride, as fun as it is terrifying,” said Roadside Attractions Co-Presidents Howard Cohen and Eric d’Arbeloff.

Crawlers is a uniquely visceral horror experience that gets under your skin in the best way possible. It’s a true, unapologetic genre film that delivers the kind of squirm-in-your-seat, racing-heart moments that horror fans live for,” said Saban Films Co-Presidents Shanan Becker and Jonathan Saba. “It masterfully blends edge-of-your-seat thrills with the high-octane fun we’ve come to expect from the producers of John Wick.”

Roadside Attractions and Saban Films will release Crawlers exclusively in theaters on October 16, 2026.
