Jon Favreau‘s Chef is looking pretty hot right now with plenty of very positive reviews coming in and with a stellar cast that includes Jon Favreau, John Leguizamo, Sofía Vergara, Scarlett Johansson, Robert Downey Jr. and Dustin Hoffman!
Here Favreau plays a cook who, after losing his job at a restauran due to creative difference, begins anew by buying up a food truck and reclaiming his personal creative vision for his food. However he has more than just food to deal with, he needs to set about reunited his estranged family as well. This movie may be just what the doctor ordered amongst all of the summer action blockbusters; a nice, funny movie that’s full of heart. We here at Cinema Chords certainly have our hopes up for it!
