Chappaqua Wrestling Release New Single ‘Wayfinding’ Ahead of String of UK Live Dates

South London four-piece Chappaqua Wrestling (Charlie Woods – Vocals, guitar, Jake Mac – Vocals, guitar, John-Paul Townsend – Drums, Coco Varda – Keys, percussion) has today released the new single ‘Wayfinding’, once again the band’s trademark masterclass in melding tension and release all the while maintaining their glass-half-full mentality and extending some much-needed arm-around-the-shoulder solidarity.

Following the release of previous single ‘Full Round Table’ which chronicled the mounting crises facing us skewering inaction from the powers that be, while scorching a path to positivity, ‘Wayfinding’ finds the band wading once more into deep and difficult conversations. Describing their latest release, the band believe it will “guide you through the ups and downs of doing something you really believe in. However glossy-eyed you are on a weekend about life, the mid-week lull can come to ruin it. The monotony of work, the routine of debt via rent and pub eating at your soul … Sometimes you gotta be strong and ignore the present depressing times, and think about how generally things are moving in the right direction. You have to believe.”

‘Wayfinding’ is available now on streaming services here. The band is also preparing to head out on a tour of the UK this October at the venues listed below. Tickets are available here.

Oct 15 – Live At Leeds Festival, Leeds
