Ohio’s indie-folk crossover faves, Caamp, have released their fifth studio album Copper Changes Color today via New York City-based independent record label Mom+Pop Music, alongside their expansive new single “Millions” and a full slate of European tour dates for autumn 2025, including the UK and Ireland.
The single “Millions” opens the new album with a confident, genre-blurring sound that reflects the band’s evolution. Written during frontman Taylor Meier’s stay in Lower Manhattan, the track showcases a blend of garage rock and Americana, thematically rooted in love, renewal, and self-reflection. “I’ve experienced so many different versions of myself these past few years,” Meier says. “I’ve been focusing on healing and recovery while still processing a lot of grief and loss, and it made me take stock of my head and my heart and my friends and my family and figure out what really matters.”
Copper Changes Color was written, recorded, and produced by Caamp over a two-year period, with recording and co-production shared with Grammy-winning collaborators, Beatriz Artola (Fleet Foxes, Adele) and Tucker Martine (R.E.M., My Morning Jacket). Available now on vinyl, CD, and digital platforms, the album follows the success of Lavender Days (2022), which marked a major breakthrough for the band.
To celebrate the new release, Caamp will return to Europe this autumn with an 11-date tour, including stops in the UK and Ireland:

Currently on a sold-out U.S. tour with recent stops including NYC’s Radio City Music Hall and a career-defining show at Columbus’ Nationwide Arena, Caamp have brought new tracks like “Millions,” “Drive,” and “Fairview Feeling” to life on stage.
Co-founder Evan Westfall reflects on the band’s expanding sound: “There’s something primal about it, and while we never really consciously discussed it, I think you can hear our sound growing to match the rooms we’re playing.”
Formed in 2016, Caamp — comprising Meier, Westfall, Matt Vinson (bass), Joseph Kavalec (keys), and Nicholas Falk (drums) — have become leading figures in the alt-folk revival, amassing over 2.5 billion streams worldwide and building a devoted international following.
