Brand-New Bangers: Noteworthy Nods 2023 – Batch 28

It’s Thursday again, so here we are again with another slew of brand-new releases that have been brought to our attention, either via streaming services or by our frequent readers. Needless to say, the volume of great new tracks dropping this week is as overwhelming as ever, and we can’t thank you all enough for your recommendations and/or submissions to our weekly Noteworthy Nods playlist.

Highlights from our previous playlist included brand-new material from The NowLittle StrangeBROCKHOFFThe ZangwillsThe Kid and I, and The Reytons (and you can still check that selection out over here if you missed it). And today’s curated cuts include new tunes from the likes of Oya Paya, Egyptian Blue, The Clause, The Flitz, Shed Seven and The Lathums.

As usual, this section is all about championing emerging talent, so please show your support for any new music you enjoy on any of these playlists. Sharing your appreciation for musicians on social media only takes a second, doesn’t cost a thing and goes a very long way towards helping musicians. At the same time, we’re also always more than grateful for any suggestions/recommendations any of you might have and we’d love to hear from you over on InstagramFacebook, or Twitter. You can also contact me directly on Twitter here where my DM door is always wide open.

Aside from the aforementioned track recommendations, our Noteworthy section includes weekly videocast interviews featuring musical talent we hope are either already or, about to become your new favorite artists. You can watch/rewatch all previous episodes via the video playlist below featuring the likes of Turin BrakesEmbraceThe SherlocksStanleysThe K’sThe NativeThe Clause, and many more.
