Jeff Miller, the mind behind Popeye The Slayer Man, is venturing deeper into darker territory with a bold new slate of films set within his “Twisted Serial Killer Universe.” Kicking off with Jeffrey Dollmer and Ted Bunny, the project promises to blend terrifying true-crime elements with heightened horror thrills.
The first instalment in Miller’s ambitious “Twisted Serial Killer Universe” is Jeffrey Dollmer, a reimagining of the slasher genre with a supernatural twist. Set during a photo shoot for a group of models, the film sees them stalked by a haunted doll — possessed by the spirit of none other than the notorious serial killer Jeffrey Dahmer. Recently wrapped, the low-budget horror stars Charlie Trepany, Chey Crieger, Juliana Destefano, Adam Huss, and Eva Hamilton, with Brian Joseph Mange taking on the role of Dahmer.
Written by John Doolan, based on a story by producer Jeff Miller, Jeffrey Dollmer is directed by Mark Savage. The film’s executive producers include Miller, Tom Parnell, Brandon Gibbs, and Ronnie D. Lee, with George J. Merino as co-producer and Dylan Matlock serving as consulting producer.
Miller is eager for audiences to witness the film’s eerie allure. “Working with Mark and the team to bring this creepy doll to life has been an absolute blast,” he says. “It’s a wild ride, and I think it’s going to be the perfect complement to Ted Bunny — another twisted entry into our horror universe.”
While plot details for Ted Bunny remain closely guarded, the film is already sparking interest within the industry. Produced by Terror Films alongside Miller and Maralynn Adams, Ted Bunny is slated for a U.S. release in early 2026.
The cast includes Diana Roman, Zanna Wyant, Brad Satterwhite, and horror legend Dee Wallace. Directed by Michael Fredianelli from a script he co-wrote with Adams, Ted Bunny promises another unsettling chapter in the rapidly expanding “Twisted Serial Killer Universe.”
As the team prepares to showcase Jeffrey Dollmer at the European Film Market in Berlin, Millman Productions is handling the film’s sales, setting the stage for what is bound to be one of the year’s most talked-about horror releases/franchises.
