She Can Outrun Everything — Except Her Ex: First Trailer for Fast-Paced Heist Thriller ‘Eenie Meanie’ Drops

Coming August 22, 2025, Eenie Meanie is a fast-paced heist thriller from 20th Century Studios landing exclusively on Hulu in the U.S. and Disney+ internationally. The trailer and first-look images have just dropped, giving us a glimpse of what to expect from this stylish new crime drama.

The story follows Edie — known in the criminal world as Eenie Meanie — a former teenage getaway driver who’s pulled back into a messy past when she’s offered a chance to save her ex-boyfriend’s life. Trouble is, he’s not exactly the most reliable guy around, and he’s definitely her biggest blind spot.

Samara Weaving takes the lead as Edie, heading up a stellar ensemble including Karl Glusman, Jermaine Fowler, Marshawn Lynch, Randall Park, plus Steve Zahn and Andy Garcia in supporting roles. Behind the camera, writer-director Shawn Simmons helms the project, while producers Rhett Reese and Paul Wernick (known for Deadpool) join Marty Ewing to bring it all together.

If you’re into sharp, character-driven thrillers that shift gears fast and never hit the brakes on the action, Eenie Meanie might just be the one to add to your watchlist this summer.
