‘Clear Cut’ Trailer Teases Action-Packed Quest for Atonement in the Depths of the Wilderness

Lionsgate has released the new U.S. trailer and poster for Clear Cut, an electrifying action drama directed by Brian Skiba (Pursuit, The Gunslingers) that follows one man’s perilous quest for redemption.

Directed by Skiba, from a script penned by Joe Perruccio, the film stars Clive Standen (“Taken”, “Vikings”), Jesse Metcalfe (“Desperate Housewives”, The Possession at Gladstone Manor), Tom Welling (“Smallville”, The Fog), Stephen Dorff (Blade, “True Detective”) and Academy Award Nominee Alec Baldwin (Beetlejuice, The Departed). In this action-packed thriller, Jack, a logger in the Pacific Northwest, becomes the target of a brutal assault that goes beyond the dangers of nature. As Jack delves deeper into the woods, he encounters a criminal gang from his past, hellbent on killing him before he can escape back to civilization.

The cast is rounded out with Lochlyn Munro (“Riverdale”, Freddy vs. Jason), Chelsea Reist (“The 100”, Dark Harvest), and Lucy Martin (“Vikings”).

The film is executive produced by Eric Bromberg, Ram Getz, Greg Meyer, Nick Mao, Michael Mortensen, Jordan Wayne Nott, Matthew Helderman, Luke Taylor, Tyler Gould, Kirk Shaw, and Stephanie Rennie.
