George Clooney and Brad Pitt Reunited 16 Years Later in First Trailer for Jon Watts’ Comedy-Actioner ‘WOLFS’

The long-awaited pairing of global superstars George Clooney and Brad Pitt has finally arrived, as the two legendary actors team up for the first time in 16 years in the upcoming action comedy Wolfs, directed by Jon Watts (the Spider-Man franchise, Clown). The highly anticipated film, which Sony Pictures has today debuted the first official trailer for, promises thrills and humor aplenty as the two A-list icons share the screen once again – the last time being the Coen brothers’ Burn After Reading in 2008.

Written and directed by Watts, Clooney plays a professional fixer hired to cover up a high profile crime. But when a second fixer (Pitt) shows up and the two “lone wolves” are forced to work together, they find their night spiralling out of control in ways that neither one of them expected.

Co-starring alongside Clooney and Pitt are Amy Ryan (Beau is Afraid, “Sugar”), Austin Abrams (Scary Stories to Tell in the Dark, “Euphoria”), and Poorna Jagannathan (Turtles All the Way Down, “Never Have I Ever”).

The film is produced by Grant Heslov, George Clooney, Brad Pitt, Dede Gardner, Jeremy Kleiner, Jon Watts, Dianne McGunigle, and executive produced by Michael Beugg.

Sony Pictures will release Wolfs exclusively in theaters on 20 September, 2024.
