Feed the Demon with First Unrelenting, Adrenaline-Fuelled Trailer for Anthony DiBlasi’s ‘MALUM’

Welcome Villain Films has just dropped the first official trailer for Anthony DiBlasi‘s Malum, a twisted and expanded reimagining of 2104’s cult horror classic Last Shift.

Helmed by DiBlasi (Dread, Extremity) and co-written by DiBlasi and Scott Poiley (Last Shift, Missionary, Exhume), the same creative team behind Last Shift, and starring Jessica Sula, Candice Coke, Chaney Morrow, Clarke Wolfe, Morgan Lennon, Valerie Loo, and Monroe Clin, Malum takes the premise of the original film but flips it on its head:

On a search to uncover the mysterious circumstances surrounding her father’s death, a newly appointed police officer, Jessica Loren (Sula) is assigned to the last shift in a decommissioned police station where a notoriously vicious cult saw their demise years prior. The lone officer at the station, she soon finds herself barraged by terrifying paranormal events, and in the process, is taken on a journey during which she learns the shocking truth behind her family’s entanglement with a demented cult leader.

Malum opens in theaters on March 31st and, in the meantime, we’ll leave you to #FeedTheDemon by checking out the unrelenting, adrenaline-fueled trailer below.
