A24 has dropped a new official trailer for Onslaught, the upcoming action-horror thriller from director Adam Wingard, following the film’s recent presentation at San Diego Comic-Con.
The film is scheduled to open exclusively in theaters, including IMAX, on September 4.
Starring Adria Arjona, Dan Stevens, Eric Wareheim, Reginald VelJohnson, Michael Biehn, Alex Pereira, Drew Starkey and Rebecca Hall, Onslaught centers on a rogue squad of genetically engineered super soldiers that break loose in the desert, forcing a highly skilled Army sniper to fight to protect her young daughter.
Wingard directs from a screenplay by longtime collaborator Simon Barrett, with the pair also sharing story credit.

Onslaught was first announced in September 2024, with A24 backing the project alongside Aaron Ryder’s Ryder Picture Company and Lyrical Media. At the time, it was revealed that Arjona would star in the film while also serving as an executive producer.
Stevens previously collaborated with Wingard on The Guest and Godzilla x Kong: The New Empire, the latter of which also starred Hall.
The newly released trailer offers brand-new footage of the film’s blend of military action, creature horror and survival, ahead of its theatrical debut on September 4.
