‘LA CHA CHA’ Trailer Concocts Outlandish Plan to Sustain a Lively Off-Grid Retiree Community Park

ShineHouse Group has today debuted the official trailer for Director Kevin Allen’s (Twin Town, Under Milk Wood) eccentric Welsh comedy LA CHA CHA, which reunites celebrated cast members together for the first time since their appearance in the cult classic Twin Town.

Written and directed by Kevin Allen, the film centres on Solti Buttering (Liam Hourican) who seeks to scatter his grandfather’s ashes but finds La Cha Cha, a closed holiday park with a lively off-grid retiree community. Owner Libby (Ruby Ashbourne Serkis – “Becoming Elizabeth”) and brother Damien (Sonny Ashbourne Serkis – “Masters of the Air”) unveil an unconventional plan to sustain the place and its residents.

The ensemble cast is rounded out with performances by Keith Allen (Kingsman: The Golden Circle), Alfie Allen (John Wick, Jojo Rabbit), Rhys Ifans (The Amazing Spider-Man, Notting Hill), Dougray Scott (Irena’s Vow, “Desperate Housewives”), and Melanie Walters (Submarine, “Gavin & Stacey”).

Distributed by Miracle Media and Trinity Creative Partnership and produced under the La Cha Cha Productions banner, La Cha Cha will release On Digital and VOD in the US this April 3, 2024.
