“TOP BOY” Trailer Teases High Stakes Final Season Heading to Netflix this September

“If we’re not monsters, we’re food”

Netflix has today revealed a trailer, confirming the return of the streaming platform’s smash hit series “Top Boy” for one final season this September that will reveal who can reign as the Top Boy of Summerhouse.

Following the release of the second season on March 18 last year, the show quickly ranked as the UK’s number one show on Netflix. The season cliffhanger left audiences reeling and the stakes are higher than ever as the final reckoning beckons.

Regular cast members Ashley Walters and Kane Robinson, Simbi Ajikawo, Jasmine Jobson, Saffron Hocking and Araloyin Oshunremi all reprise their roles alongside newcomers Barry Keoghan (The Batman, American Animals) and Brian Gleeson (Bad Sisters, Peaky Blinders, Frank of Ireland) as new characters Jonny & Tadgh.

The series is executive produced by multi-faceted entertainer and producer Drake and his business partner Adel “Future” Nur, along with Maverick Carter and Jamal Henderson for LeBron James’ SpringHill Entertainment.

Created and written by Ronan Bennett, the six-episode season will feature the first four episodes directed by Myriam Raja, who was previously part of the Top Boy S1 mentee program, with Will Stefan Smith returning to direct the final two episodes.

The season premiere will be available in September 2023 and to get the excitement pumping, we’ll leave you with the aforementioned trailer.
