Exclusive UK Trailer For Vertical Entertainment’s Sweeping Action Drama ‘MEDIEVAL’

Vertical Entertainment has today unveiled the UK trailer for Czech actor, director, producer, and former stuntman Petr Jákl’s (Ghoul) spectacular action drama Medieval; an enthralling depiction of one man’s battle to the ultimate victory.

Directed by Jákl, from a screenplay he adapted from an original story by Marek Dobes, Medieval stars Ben Foster (Hell or Highwater, 3:10 to Yuma), Matthew Goode (Stoker, The Imitation Game), Sophie Lowe (Blow the Man Down, Beautiful Kate), Til Schweiger (Inglorious Bastards, Knockin’ on Heaven’s Door), William Moseley (The Royals), Rolland Møller (Atomic Blonde), Karel Roden (Orphan), and Oscar-winning actor Michael Caine (The Dark Knight, Cider House Rules). The film is a fearsome retelling of the story of fifteenth-century Czech icon and warlord Jan Žižka, who defeated armies of the Teutonic Order and the Holy Roman Empire.

The film is produced by Kevin Bernhardt and Cassian Elwes, along with Martin J. Barab, Arianne Fraser, Delphine Perrier, and Petr Jákl Sr. as Executive Producer and Vertical Entertainment will release the film day and date on 28th October in UK cinemas and On Demand on Sky Store, Amazon, Rakuten, Virgin, iTunes, Microsoft Store, Google Play, and Chili.

In the meantime, we’ll leave you with the aforementioned trailer.
