Utopia and Sumerian Unleash Red Band Trailer for Bold Sci-Fi Saga ‘DIVINITY’

Utopia and Sumerian have unveiled the red band trailer for Eddie Alcazar‘s (Perfect) sci-fi thriller Divinity in anticipation of the film’s imminent release.

Written and directed by Alcazar and executive produced by Steven Soderbergh (Erin Brockovich, Traffic, Contagion), and starring Stephen Dorff, Moises Arias, Jason Genao, Michael O’Hearn, Karrueche Tran, Emily Willis, Scott Bakula and Bella Thorne, Divinity explores the human psyche around immortality, desire and fertility. Set in an otherworldly human reality, scientist Sterling Pierce (Bakula) has dedicated his entire life to the quest for immortality, working his way towards a breakthrough serum called “Divinity”. His son, Jaxxon Pierce (Dorff), now oversees and manufactures his father’s once benevolent dream. Society on this barren planet has been perverted by the supremacy of the drug, whose true origins are shrouded in mystery. Two mysterious brothers arrive with a plan to kidnap the mogul, and with the help of a seductive woman named Nikita (Tran), they are set on a path to true immortality.

Divinity opens nationwide this Friday, November 3rd and you can check current listings at https://www.divinitythefilm.com/.
