Noteworthy Nods #7

CinemaChord’s “Noteworthy Nods” is the site’s weekly playlist, curated every Thursday featuring a selection of 20 sizzling new bangers from bands and musicians that you simply can’t afford to ignore.

Last week’s mixtape included brand new releases from The Jack Fletcher Band, Bandit, Retro Video Club and TASH, and today’s “nods” playlist #7 features another round-up of tunes from the likes of Jonny Ash, STONE, SLIX, Honeybadger, Harrison Rimmer, The Pylons and 32 Tens. So crank up those speakers and enjoy this week’s lineup, and be sure to share your favourites with us on social media.

Aside from the aforementioned track recommendations, the brand-new Noteworthy section here on the site is where we’re also publishing weekly videocast interviews with bands who we hope are about to become your new favourite artists. The first few are now live and you can catch the first six episodes with Stanleys, The Kairos, The K’s, Sienne, The Clause and BlackWaters in the video playlist below. There’s an additional bonus episode with The Sherlocks which we ran to tie in with the recent release of the band’s third album “World I Understand.”

As always, don’t be a stranger! Please send any recommendations or track submissions to us over on Twitter and Instagram. We look forward to hearing from you and hope you enjoy the tracks we’ve picked out for you this week.
