Get Ready to Step Over Your Tongues as Netflix Drops Teaser for ‘BEVERLY HILLS COP: AXEL F’

After last night’s poster debut, Detective Axel Foley (Eddie Murphy) is back on the beat in Beverly Hills in the official teaser trailer for Beverly Hills Cop: Axel F.

Directed by Mark Molloy, from a script penned by Will Beall (Aquaman, Gangster Squad) and Tom Gormican & Kevin Etten (The Unbearable Weight of Massive Talent), Beverly Hills Cop: Axel F sees Foley’s daughter’s life (Taylour Paige) in threat so she teams up with her father and a new partner (Joseph Gordon-Levitt) and old pals Billy Rosewood (Judge Reinhold) and John Taggart (John Ashton) to turn up the heat and uncover a conspiracy.

The ensemble casts is rounded out with Paul Reiser, Bronson Pinchot and Kevin Bacon.

Commenting on the long-awaited sequel, producer Jerry Bruckheimer said “Eddie’s such an incredible artist. He can do drama, he can do comedy – he can do anything. And he’s the same Axel Foley. He’s still on the streets. He’s still doing what he does. Obviously with age you get wiser. But he still has the twinkle in his eye.”

Beverly Hills Cop: Axel F releases globally on Netflix Summer 2024 and we’ll leave you with the trailer that we think will have you “stepping over your tongues.”
