Brand-New Bangers: Noteworthy Nods 2024 – Batch 3

Thursday has come around already, so here we go again with another bumper crop of brand new releases that have been brought to our attention, either via streaming services or our regular readers. It goes without saying that the volume of sizzling new bangers that dropped this week is as overwhelming as ever, and we can’t thank you all enough for your recommendations and/or submissions to our weekly Noteworthy Nods playlist.

Highlights from our previous playlist included brand-new material from Kula ShakerCastThe Manatees, and Liam Gallagher and John Squire (available here in case you missed it). And today’s curated cuts include new tunes from the likes of The Libertines, The Ansells, Lock-In, Flat Party, Red Rum Club and The Cheap Thrills.

As always, we’re all about getting the word out, especially when it comes to rising bands who appreciate, and deserve, all the support they can get, so you’d be doing them all a big favor by showing your support for the music you’ve been enjoying on our lists by sending them your love on social media.

After all, a tweet, an Instagram post, or even just a retweet doesn’t cost a penny and goes a long way to helping musicians out. We’re also always more than grateful for any suggestions/recommendations our readers might have which we’d love for you to share with us over on InstagramFacebook, or Twitter. You can also contact Howard Gorman directly on Twitter here where his DM door is always open for any recommendations.

Aside from the aforementioned track recommendations, our Noteworthy section includes weekly videocast interviews featuring musical talent we hope are either already or, about to become your new favorite artists. You can watch/rewatch all previous episodes via the video playlist (here) featuring the likes of Shed Seven, Turin BrakesEmbraceRed Rum ClubThe K’sThe SherlocksThe Slow Readers ClubStanleysThe NativeThe Clause, and many more.
