Brand-New Bangers: Noteworthy Nods 2023 – Batch 10

CinemaChords returns with another instalment of Noteworthy Nods: our weekly curated playlist featuring an assortment of our favourite new tracks from artists you simply can’t afford to ignore; singles that we’ve had on repeat over the past week or two, both in the office and on our daily commutes.

Last week’s mixtape included brand new releases from the bands including THE GOA EXPRESSPentireThe Noise ClubDaz CadwallanderBenefitsMoreish IdolsGallusMilitarie Gun and Internet Friends and the quality just keeps coming with brand-new tracks from The Avelles, Bloc Party, THIS IS WAR!, Palehound, Feverjaw, Feral Family, and many more, all of which you can hear in the Spotify playlist embedded below.

As ever, we are here to shine a brighter light on up and coming artists, so we urge you to show your appreciation for the music you discover here. It takes a matter of seconds to spread the word on social media, whether it’s a tweet or even a retweet, and it doesn’t cost a penny, but it’s invaluable to all the musicians out there.

Please don’t stop those suggestions/reccs coming, and would love to hear them over on  InstagramFacebook, or Twitter. You can also contact me directly on Twitter here. My DM door is always wide open.

So, without further ado, here we go with round 10 of CinemaChords’ Noteworthy Nods Playlist of the year:

Aside from the aforementioned track recommendations, our Noteworthy section includes weekly videocast interviews featuring musical talent we hope are either already or, about to become your new favorite artists. You can watch/rewatch all previous episodes via the video playlist below featuring the likes of Turin BrakesEmbraceThe Slow Readers ClubThe SherlocksStanleysThe K’sThe NativeThe Clause, and many more.
