Apple TV+ has today debuted the trailer for its upcoming psychological thriller series “Before,” which stars and is executive produced by the multi-award-winning actor, comedian, and filmmaker Billy Crystal (Here Today, When Harry Met Sally, City Slickers).

The ten-episode limited series delves into the complex and haunting relationship between Eli (Crystal), a child psychiatrist grappling with the devastating loss of his wife Lynn (Judith Light – “Who’s the Boss”, The Menu), and Noah (Jacobi JupeHamnet, Peter Pan & Wendy), a troubled young boy who seems to have an uncanny and unsettling connection to Eli’s past.

The central cast also includes Emmy Award-nominee Rosie Perez, Tony Award-nominee Maria Dizzia and Ava Lalezarzadeh.

The limited series, produced by Paramount Television Studios, was created by Sarah Thorp, who also serves as showrunner, writer, and executive producer. Crystal exec. produces the series alongside Academy Award winner Eric Roth, pilot director Adam Bernstein, and producing director Jet Wilkinson.

“Before” will premiere globally on Apple TV+ with the first two episodes on Friday, October 25, followed by new episodes every Friday through December 20.
