Production to Resume for ‘Friday the 13th’ Sequel

In brief: Believe it or not production on the Friday the 13th sequel to the 2009 revamp is back on track.

Following Warner Bros. and New Line returning the film rights to Paramount so as to get in on a piece of Christopher Nolan’s Interstellar Platinum Dunes are reported to be producing the Vorhees sequel. The big question is when the company will go ahead and the answer, according to Platinum Dunes producer Brad Fuller, is that they will begin as soon as their current projects, TMNT and Almanac are completed next month.

Are we excited or have we all lost faith in the franchise from so much umming and ahhing?
