New Music Alert: Noteworthy Nods Round 13

Another week, another wealth of hard-hitters have reached our headphones & loudspeakers courtesy of the recommendations we’ve received from streaming services and readers alike, and here we are once again to showcase our personal faves in our “Noteworthy Nods” playlist.

Last week’s highlights included new tunes from the likes of Serotones, The Clockworks, The Katuns, and Osca (and you can still give those “Nods” a listen over here if you missed it). Today’s top drawer tracks include burgeoning bands ranging from Drool, Berries, Dead Sea Souls through to Forgetting the Future, Jetski, The Dumes, Public Body, and Shocks.

As always, this section is all about showcasing up-and-coming talent more than anything so please do show your support for any of the new music you enjoy in these playlists. It only takes a second to share your love for musicians on social media, it doesn’t cost a thing and goes a seriously long way to helping musicians out. At the same time, we’re also always more than grateful for any suggestions/recommendations any of you might have and we’d love to hear from you over on InstagramFacebook, or Twitter. You can also contact me directly on Twitter here where my DM door is always wide open.

Aside from the aforementioned track recommendations, our Noteworthy section on the site also includes weekly candid chats with some of the buzziest artists/bands of the minute. The first ten episodes with StanleysThe KairosThe K’sSienneThe ClauseBlackWatersMichael GallagherFlechettesThe Jack Fletcher Band, and lostboy are all available in the video playlist below together with an additional bonus episode with The Sherlocks which we ran to tie in with the recent release of the band’s third album “World I Understand.”

We can also now announce that this coming Monday’s guest on Noteworthy will be Tom Farrelly, frontman of the Reading-based four-piece, Third Lung, which we can’t wait to share with you.
