Brand-New Bangers: Noteworthy Nods 2024 – Batch 6

We can’t believe it’s Thursday already but you know what that means – time to dive into the latest and greatest new music releases! Thanks to your on-point recommendations and submissions, our Noteworthy Nods playlist is overflowing with fresh, sizzling tracks this week. You all have impeccable taste and we hope this weekly roundup is about to soundtrack your weekend.

Looking back at last week’s playlist, we featured exciting new tracks from CorellaGallusThe BuoysShambolics and Starsailor which you can still catch up on here. And today’s curated cuts include new tunes from the likes of The Public Eye, Skylights, Kaiser Chiefs, The Velvet Club and Shed Seven.

As always, we’re all about getting the word out, especially when it comes to rising bands who appreciate, and deserve, all the support they can get, so you’d be doing them all a big favor by showing your support for the music you’ve been enjoying on our lists by sending them your love on social media.

After all, a tweet, an Instagram post, or even just a retweet doesn’t cost a penny and goes a long way to helping musicians out. We’re also always more than grateful for any suggestions/recommendations our readers might have which we’d love for you to share with us over on InstagramFacebook, or Twitter. You can also contact Howard Gorman directly on Twitter here where his DM door is always open for any recommendations.

Aside from the aforementioned track recommendations, our Noteworthy section includes weekly videocast interviews featuring musical talent we hope are either already or, about to become your new favorite artists. You can watch/rewatch all previous episodes via the video playlist (here) featuring the likes of Cast, Shambolics, Shed Seven, Turin BrakesEmbraceRed Rum ClubThe K’sThe SherlocksThe Slow Readers ClubStanleysThe NativeThe Clause, and many more.
