TRAILER: Jason Clarke Leads a Deadly Hunt in Tense, Blood-on-the-snow Survival Series “The Last Frontier”

Apple TV+  has released a gripping new trailer for its upcoming thriller,  “The Last Frontier,” set to premiere on October 10, 2025. With heavy Con Air meets Cliffhanger vibes, the series promises to immerse viewers in the harsh and unforgiving landscapes of Alaska, blending elements of survival drama with a deep-seated conspiracy.

Starring and executive produced by Jason Clarke (Zero Dark Thirty), the ten-episode series is the brainchild of Jon Bokenkamp (“The Blacklist”) and Richard D’Ovidio (“The Call”). The narrative follows Frank Remnick (Clarke), a seasoned U.S. marshal stationed in the remote Alaskan wilderness. His routine is shattered when a prison transport plane crashes, releasing a group of dangerous inmates into the icy expanse. As Remnick grapples with the immediate threat, he begins to suspect that the crash was no accident but part of a larger, more sinister plan.

The ensemble cast includes Dominic Cooper (“The Gold”), Haley Bennett (The Magnificent Seven), Simone Kessell (“Yellowjackets”), Dallas Goldtooth (“Reservation Dogs”), Tait Blum (“For All Mankind”), and Academy Award nominee Alfre Woodard (Clemency). The series is directed by Sam Hargrave (Extraction), with Bokenkamp and D’Ovidio leading the writing team, which also features Laura Benson (“The Big C”), Glenn Kessler (“Bloodline”), and Albert Kim (“Nikita”).

“The Last Frontier” will debut with its first two episodes on October 10, followed by weekly releases every Friday through December 5.
