Paramount’s ‘UTOPIA’: Frantic First Trailer Drops for James Bamford’s Action-Packed Sci-Fi Epic

Paramount Movies has shared the official trailer for a stuntman and fight choreographer-turned director and producer, James Bamford‘s (“Arrow”, Hard Home) futuristic, sci-fi action thriller, Utopia.

Directed by Bamford, from a screenplay written by Ian Neligh (Hyde, Vindicta), based on an original story by Steven Paul (Never Too Young to Die, Body Armor), Utopia stars Moe Dunford (“Vikings”, Texas Chainsaw Massacre), Charlotte Vega (Wrong Turn, Skyline: Warpath), Jason Flemyng (Bruiser, Boiling Point), Daniel Bernhardt (The Killer’s Game, Skylines), and Alix Villaret (V for Vengeance, Vampfather).

In Utopia, a soldier infiltrates a high-tech facility in a desperate attempt to rescue his missing wife, who he believes is caught up in a human trafficking ring. But beyond the facility, he uncovers a surreal, futuristic fantasy world where the lines between reality and illusion merge. As he ventures into this seductive yet deadly space, a shocking truth emerges, drawing him deeper into a deadly game where everything is far from reality.

Utopia will be available to buy on digital this December 10, 2024.
