‘Night Patrol’ Poster Surfaces as Film Prepares for World Premiere at Fantastic Fest

Los Angeles is about to reveal a darker, more dangerous side in Night Patrol, premiering at this year’s Fantastic Fest. The newly unveiled poster delivers a literal jaw-dropper, offering the first glimpse of a film that dives headfirst into the city’s housing projects—where loyalty, survival, and trust are tangled in a tense, unforgiving world.

From the mind of festival alumnus Ryan Prows (“The Penguin” co-writer), Night Patrol marks his second feature and is a wild, undeniably politically charged dive into the LA police force’s darkest corners.

The film follows an LAPD officer (Jermaine FowlerSting, Appofeniacs) who’s forced to drop his prejudices and team up with the very street gangs he once saw as enemies. His uneasy alliance is driven by the discovery of a disturbing secret within a local police task force — so sinister it threatens to tear the community apart.

At the heart of the film is Fowler, supported with a stellar ensemble cast including Justin Long (Barbarian), RJ Cyler (The Harder They Fall), Freddie Gibbs (Down with the King), CM Punk (Girls on the Third Floor), YG (White Boy Rick), Flying Lotus (Ash), Dermot Mulroney (Scream IV), Jon Oswald (Lowlife), and Nicki Micheaux (“The Shield”).

Prows co-write the script with Shaye Ogbonna, Tim Cairo, and Jake Gibson.

“I am thrilled that we’re partnering with RLJE and Shudder to bring Night Patrol to theaters. It’s been a long road to get here, and we couldn’t have asked for a better team to help push this fun, rollercoaster of a film out into the world,” stated Prows. “I’m beyond excited we get to blast our wild film far and wide to a hungry, unsuspecting audience.”

Catch the world premiere at Fantastic Fest tomorrow, September 19, 2025, before it storms the West Coast with its premiere at Beyond Fest on September 28, 2025.

Following its festival run, Night Patrol will receive a theatrical release on January 16, 2026.
