Interstellar First Teaser Trailer

After concluding his trilogy in 2012, it didn’t take long for Christopher Nolan to tease us all about his next feature, Interstellar.

Currently everyone involved is remaining tight-lipped, leaking nothing but there have been reports that it will focus on space explorers and wormholes. Could that perhaps be time travel related as well?

Nolan has, once again, assembled quite a cast with Matthew McConaughey in the lead role but the ensemble will feature Anne Hathaway, Michael Caine, Jessica Chastain, Casey Affleck, Topher Grace, Wes Bentley and Ellen Burstyn rounding off an impressive, eclectic cast. The teaser trailer doesn’t reveal much, as a trailer should, but it generates a great amount of buzz and interest in what the plot could be other than humanity’s innovation. This was released alongside The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug and has now thankfully been released online as well. Here is an ambiguous but intriguing teaser trailer for Interstellar.

Synopsis:
Interstellar chronicles the adventures of a group of explorers who make use of a newly discovered wormhole to surpass the limitations on human space travel and conquer the vast distances involved in an interstellar voyage.
