Hold on Tight! Lionsgate Just Dropped First Full Trailer for Alexandra Aja’s Psychological Shocker ‘NEVER LET GO’

Lionsgate has dropped the first official trailer for visionary director Alexandre Aja’s (The Hills Have Eyes, Crawl) new psychological thriller/horror Never Let Go, from the creative minds behind “Stranger Things” and Arrival

The film is directed by Aja, from a script written by Kevin Coughlin & Ryan Grassby (The King Tide, Mean Dreams). In Never Let Go, an evil force begins to take over the world outside the home of a mother and her twin sons. The mother, portrayed by Academy Award® winner Halle Berry, and her sons rely on their house and their strong family bond as their only protection. They go to extreme lengths to stay connected, even resorting to tethering themselves with ropes, and constantly urge each other to never let go. However, when one of the boys starts questioning the reality of the evil force, it leads to the unraveling of the strong ties that bind them, setting off a terrifying fight for survival.

Starring alongside Berry are Percy Daggs IV (“The Last Days of Ptolemy Grey”) and Anthony B. Jenkins (the forthcoming feature film The Deliverance).

The film is produced by Shawn Ley, Dan Cohen, Dan Levine, and Alexandre Aja with Halle Berry, Holly Jeter, Daniel Clarke, Emily Morris, Christopher Woodrow, and Connor DiGregorio serving as Executive Producers.

Lionsgate presents, in association with Media Capital Technologies, a 21 Laps production and Never Let Go will release exclusively in theaters on September 27, 2024.
