Additional Casting Confirmations for Blumhouse & Sony’s ‘THEY LISTEN’

The ensemble cast for Blumhouse and Sony’s impending horror feature They Listen, just keeps on growing with the latest addition bieng Isaac Bae (“Dear Edward”). Katherine Waterston and John Cho were the first confirmed iu December 2022 before Greg Hill, Riki Lindhome, Lukita Maxwell, Keith Carradine, Havana Rose Liu, Wyatt Lindner and Ben Youcef were added to be in the cast.

Written and directed by Christopher Weitz (About a Boy, The Twilight Saga: New Moon), principal photography began in Los Angeles in December 2022 with the film slated for a 25 August release with Blumhouse and Sony producing with Depth of Field. They Listen marks Weitz’s 11th collaboration with star Cho, a relationship that dates back to 1999’s American Pie.

WIth regards to the new addition to the cast, Bae, who hails from from Los Angeles, has been performing in musical theatre since the age of five at his local Youth Academy for the Dramatic Arts and will soon star in Jerry Seinfeld’s “Unfrosted: The Pop-Tart Story” for Netflix.

Jason Blum, Andrew Miano and Chris Weitz are producers on the film whilst Bea Sequeira, Dan Balgoyen, Britta Rowings and Paul Davis are serving as Exec-Producers.
