Brainstorm Media’s ‘LAROY, TEXAS’ Trailer Promises a Wild, Offbeat Comedic Ride

The darkly comedic thriller LaRoy, Texas is ready to hit theaters and digital platforms, with Brainstorm Media releasing the official trailer for the upcoming film. This marks the directorial debut of screenwriter Shane Atkinson, known for penning the Diane Keaton comedy Poms.

Atkinson directs from his own original script, bringing together an all-star cast led by John Magaro (Past Lives, First Cow), Steve Zahn (Dallas Buyers Club, “The White Lotus”), and Dylan Baker (Dream Scenario, The Good Wife/Good Fight). LaRoy, Texas centers on down-and-out Ray (Magaro), who finds himself mistaken for a dangerous hitman after receiving an envelope of cash. Teaming up with his private investigator friend Skip (Zahn), Ray must escape the real assassin if he hopes to make it out of LaRoy alive.

Produced by Caddy Vanasirikul, Jeremie Guiraud, Sebastien Aubert, LaRoy Texas hits theaters and on demand on April 12, promising a thrillingly offbeat comedic ride.
