Paramount Pictures Teams up with Scuderia Ferrari HP for one-of-a-kind Collaboration Celebrating Release of Gladiator II

Paramount Pictures has formed a strategic alliance with Scuderia Ferrari HP to commemorate the release of legendary director Ridley Scott‘s (Legend, Blade Runner, Alien, Black Rain) Gladiator II with an exclusive, first-of-its-kind initiative. This partnership combines the strengths of two leading global brands – one in cinema, the other in motorsports – to celebrate a compelling narrative of determination, tenacity, and enduring legacy. At the core of this collaboration lies a mutual commitment to heritage and an unwavering resolve for progress, as the two organizations chart new and promising avenues while championing excellence.

The collaboration between Scuderia Ferrari HP and Paramount Pictures will be showcased at the Royal Global Premiere of Gladiator II in London. Drivers Charles Leclerc and Carlos Sainz will be in attendance, clad in custom-made tuxedos designed by Ferrari’s Creative Director, Rocco Iannone. Their attendance will contribute to the film’s launch by evoking the exhilarating spirit of racing. This partnership will also extend across digital and TV channels, showcasing exclusive content and Ferrari-branded livery at the Las Vegas Grand Prix, offering fans an immersive experience that fuses cinematic storytelling with the excitement of peak performance; something that both Paramount Pictures and Scuderia Ferrarri HP share in common, igniting the passion and determination that drive both brands.

“Gladiator II brings audiences an epic viewing experience with scope and scale that is second to none,” said Marc Weinstock, Paramount Pictures’ President of Worldwide Marketing and Distribution, “It only made sense for us to team up with the most iconic, adrenaline-pumping brand in motorsports. Together with Ferrari, we’re creating a unique entertainment experience that highlights our shared legacy of excellence and innovation.

Ferrari’s Chief Racing Revenue Officer, Lorenzo Giorgetti, added, “We’re excited to join Paramount Pictures in celebrating Gladiator II, a name as famous in cinema as Scuderia Ferrari HP is in racing. With the Gladiator II cast joining us at the Las Vegas Grand Prix in Ferrari collections and custom-made looks, this collaboration brings Ferrari Lifestyle to center stage, creating a distinctive blend of cinematic and motorsport flair.

Gladiator II chronicles the experiences of Lucius (Paul Mescal – All of Us StrangersGod’s Creatures), who, years after witnessing the death of the revered hero Maximus at the hands of his uncle, is forced to enter the Colosseum after his home is conquered by the tyrannical Emperors who now lead Rome with an iron fist. Co-starring alongside Mescal are Pedro Pascal (“The Last of Us”, “The Mandalorian”), Joseph Quinn (A Quiet Place: Day One, “Stranger Things”), Fred Hechinger (The Pale Blue EyeNews of the World), Lior Raz (“Hit & Run”, “The Crowded Room”), and Derek Jacobi (Gosford ParkDead Again), with Connie Nielsen (The Devil’s AdvocateNobody) and Denzel Washington (Training DayMalcolm XPhiladelphia).
