Don’t Forget to Lock Your Door or You Could be Next

After taking the festival circuit by storm You’re Next will be released on DVD and Blu-ray on 13th January 2014 across the UK.

Directed by Adam Wingard and written by Simon Barrett, You’re Next was premiered back 2011 at the Toronto Film Festival as part of its midnight madness program where it was immediately snapped up for distribution by Lions Gate Films.

Inspired by suspense shockers like Haute Tension and the American horror thriller The Strangers, You’re Next follows the Davison family as they reunite to celebrate a wedding anniversary. Whilst eating dinner, the family are blissfully unaware that they are being watched from outside by a gang of mysterious killers disguised in animal masks. So when a single crossbow bolt slams into the head of one of the guests, an all-out assault on the family begins. One by one they are slaughtered until nowhere is safe. However, nor the attackers or their victims had ever counted on Erin; an innocent girlfriend with the killer instinct to fight back.

You’re Next is a must have for horror fans and stars Sharni Vinson (Bait, Step Up 3D), Joe Swanberg (Drinking Buddies, V/H/S), Ti West (The Innkeepers, V/H/S) and horror legend Barbara Crampton (Re-Animator, From Beyond).
