Brand-New Bangers: Noteworthy Nods 2023 – Batch 9

It’s that time of the week again when we bring you our “Noteworthy Nods”: A weekly compilation of brand new bangers that had our ears pricking up as soon as we popped them on.

Last week’s featured tracks included new material from the likes of RosboroughThe GulpsAcrylicRed ShakesThe SherlocksThe MerciansSeb LoweLock-In and The Kairos (which you can still listen to here). Meanwhile, our favourite tunes this week include brand new music from THE GOA EXPRESS, Pentire, The Noise Club, Daz Cadwallander, Benefits, Moreish Idols, Gallus, Militarie Gun and Internet Friends.

As ever, we are here to shine a brighter light on up and coming artists, so we urge you to show your appreciation for the music you discover here. It takes a matter of seconds to spread the word on social media, whether it’s a tweet or even a retweet, and it doesn’t cost a penny, but it’s invaluable to all the musicians out there.

Please don’t stop those suggestions/reccs coming, and would love to hear them over on  InstagramFacebook, or Twitter. You can also contact me directly on Twitter here. My DM door is always wide open.

So, without further ado, here we go with round 9 of CinemaChords’ Noteworthy Nods Playlist of the year:

Aside from the aforementioned track recommendations, our Noteworthy section includes weekly videocast interviews featuring musical talent we hope are either already or, about to become your new favorite artists. You can watch/rewatch all previous episodes via the video playlist below featuring the likes of Turin BrakesEmbraceThe Slow Readers ClubThe SherlocksStanleysThe K’sThe NativeThe Clause, and many more.
